4. Booking and Confirmation

Agree to the estimated costs provided

4.1 Changes to Booking

Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as follows:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the service under the following conditions:

Within 48 Hours: Full refund of the deposit.
After 48 Hours: Deposit is non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Remove any hazardous materials prior to our arrival.

The client must ensure that Ilford House Clearance has unrestricted access to all areas where services are to be performed.

8. Liability

Ilford House Clearance is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

Damage to items prior to our arrival
Items not disclosed by the client
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather

8.1 Insurance

While we carry liability insurance, it is recommended that clients have their own insurance for high-value items.
